Round One

The prosecution of those people and organizations deemed responsible for the deaths of fellow evacuees following Katrina's massive destruction began today. Good. The owners of St. Rita's Nursing Home have been charged with negligent homicide following the discovery of 34 bodies at the Chalmette, La., facility. Stay tuned.

"The owners of St. Rita's Nursing Home in Chalmette 'were asked if they wanted to move (the patients). They did not. They were warned repeatedly that this storm was coming,' Louisiana Attorney General Charles Foti said."

So at what point do they bring FEMA up on charges. 'They were warned repeatedly this storm was coming,' but abandoned an entire city to the storm.
