If you don't ever take the time to think about the ways digital technology impacts your life, do so now. Just think of the world we live in, a world of cellphones, and email, and laptops, and computing power that used to fit in several thousand square feet that now resides in small boxes that fit under our desks.

We can transmit anything we want over long distances, from images to sounds to movies to text. If you stop for a second, you will feel the wonder of this technology craze fill you to your toes. And maybe a bit of idle daydreaming will give you an idea of how you can put the digital era to work for you, how it can fundamentally change the way you work, play, and live.
